Victoria Linchong  is a Taiwanese-American director, writer, actor, and producer working in both theater and film.

A New York City native, she began working in theater at the age of fourteen. Her early credits include several plays by James Purdy (including SUN OF THE SLEEPLESS with Laurence Fishburne), the world premiere of Tennessee Williams’ last short plays, and STOP THE WAR: A FESTIVAL FOR PEACE IN THE MIDDLE EAST, which won an OBIE Citation.  As a teenage actress, she most notably was featured in Jeff Weiss' HOT KEYS at Naked Angels (Obie Citation).

More recently, Victoria directed and hosted Berlin’s cheekiest burlesque show, Full Moon Cabaret, which received 5 star reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe. She brought a multimedia version of the seminal Asian-American play PAPER ANGELS by Genny Lim to San Francisco’s Chinatown where it won Best of the San Francisco Fringe. Other credits include BIG FLOWER EATER (Theater for the New City) and the one-person play DISPOSSESSED (HERE Arts Center).

Victoria's screenplay EX LIBRIS was a finalist for the Sundance Screenwriters Lab, the Slamdance Screenplay Contest, and the Berlinale Talent Campus. She is the writer/director of the feature documentary ALMOST HOME: TAIWAN and the short film DOUBLE DEALING. In 2021, she is releasing the documentary web series A WALK AROUND THE BLOCK, which reveals NYC history one block at a time.

Victoria is also a burlesque performer known as Viva Lamore. After 4 years living in Berlin, she has returned to New York City and is currently writing obscure history and pursuing various creative projects.
